Our highest priority is helping those in need while keeping everyone safe. To keep you and our volunteers safe, we are doing things differently this year. Food pickups will be drive-up style this year at the Rice Lake Centre, 6900 – 137th Street N., Hugo, MN 55038.
Thanksgiving Meal Pick-up is: Sunday, Nov. 22, 2020 from 12-2pm.
(You will come during your registered time slot to pick up.)
Registration begins October 29th and ends November 13th – see details below.
Christmas Meal Pick-up is: Sunday, Dec. 20, 2020 from 12-2pm.
(You will come during your registered time slot to pick up.)
Registration begins November 10th and ends December 7th – see details below.
- Clients/families in need who live in the 55038 ZIP code must go to hugofoodshelf.org and click on the “Thanksgiving Meal Sign Up” or “Christmas Meal Sign Up” buttons. Read the instructions and fill out the form. You will be emailed or mailed (your choice) a letter that will be your pickup confirmation form. YOU WILL NEED YOUR CONFIRMATION FORM TO PICK UP. Please do not lose it.
- We prefer to use email so you have a way to track your confirmation if you lose it. However, we will mail them to your address on file if you don’t have the ability to print it.
- If you are a current client, use your Id # to fill out the form. If you aren’t a current client or don’t know your client ID#, please send an email with your name and mailing address to holidays@hugofoodshelf.org.
- If you don’t live in the “55038” zip code area and need help please email us at holidays@hugofoodshelf.org. We can help guide you to places that can provide you help by you. Our goal is to help all those in need find nearby resources.
